  3. input of DOS enviroment variables.  The
  4. fields can be set to the values of DOS
  5. environment variables pior to the
  6. calling of the program, allowing you to
  7. establish desired defaults.  ENVFORM is
  8. also capable of displaying error
  9. messages to instruct the user to
